  • Turn around time

    proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited.

    Video work Can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.

    Please allow up to traditional business days (M-F) and ten days for the entire process to be completed. Proofs and final images are not delivered on weekends.

  • What does “Edited” mean?

    The photos of course looks gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc.

    I DO NOT do body modifications!

  • RESCHEDULING

    Rescheduling is free depending on the day. If i’m free its free, if i’m not and i have to squeeze you in there will be a $25 Fee.

  • Do I travel?

    Yes, travel fees apply. If the client is searching for a studio session, the client is fully responsible for booking it. Please try Peerspace.com for your studio booking needs.

  • What if I need my images back before ten days?

    You must pay a $50 rush fee. The rush fee ensures that final photos are delivered between 3-5 days. We do not accept bookings for clients that cannot wait a 3-5 day minimum.

  • GRAPHIC SERVICES REVISION POLICY:

    The Client is entitled to four (4) free revisions for graphic services. Any additional revisions beyond this number will incur a fee of $5 per revision.

Legal Terms

  • COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS:

    The Service Provider retains the copyright to all images and designs produced.

    The Client is granted a license to use the images and designs for personal or business purposes

    but may not sell or transfer the images to third parties without the Service Provider's written

    consent. The Service Provider retains the right to use the images and designs for promotional

    purposes, portfolio inclusion, and advertising.

  • RELEASES:

    The Client grants the Service Provider the right to use their likeness, logo, or branding for

    promotional purposes without any further compensation or approval. Separate model or

    property releases will be obtained if necessary.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

    All designs, graphics, and images remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider. The

    Client is granted a license for use but does not obtain ownership of said intellectual property.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY:

    Both parties agree not to disclose or use any confidential information exchanged during the

    project, such as trade secrets, business plans, or creative concepts, without the written consent

    of the other party.

  • LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:

    Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from any claims, damages,

    losses, or expenses that may arise from the project, such as breach of contract or infringement

    of intellectual property rights.

  • TERMINATION:

    Either party can terminate this Agreement with three days written notice. If the Agreement is

    terminated before the services' completion, the Client will be accountable for all work done up

    to the termination date.

Information Collection and Use:

We collect personal information that our clients voluntarily provide to us, such as their names, email address, and project details. This information is used to provide the graphic design services that our clients request. We may also use this information to communicate with our clients about their projects and to send updates about our services

Sharing of Personal Information:

We will not sell, rent, or share our clients' personal information with any third parties unless required by law or if it is necessary to complete a client's project. In such cases, we will only share the minimum amount of personal information necessary and will ensure that the third party is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

Protection of Personal Information:

We take reasonable measures to protect our client's personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

Retention of Personal Information:

We will retain our clients' personal information for as long as necessary to provide the graphic design services they request. After this time, we will securely destroy the personal information or delete it in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with applicable laws. We will notify our clients of any changes to this privacy policy by posting the updated policy on our website.
